1、Personal Information We Collect

Personal information includes personally identifiable information, network identification information, network behavior records and log information, device identification information, and location information.

  • Contact Information. We may collect and record personal information such as your name, cell phone number, email and other contact information when required for the services you use or to participate in our marketing activities. If you refuse to provide such information, you may not be able to use the relevant services or receive gifts related to the marketing campaign.

FliTik also offers a local mode without account registration. If you choose not to register an account, you will not be able to sync your settings between multiple devices and your local mode settings will be lost once you uninstall the application.

1.2 Circumstances in which we may obtain your personal information from third parties

You may also use a third party account (such as WeChat) to log into the FliTik website or related applications. In this case, you may choose to authorize our application to read your public information (including but not limited to nickname, avatar, followers list, etc.) registered, published and recorded on such third party platform, subject to relevant laws and regulations. FliTik may obtain such information from third parties for the purpose of remembering your login status as a user of FliTik so that FliTik can provide you with better products and services.

FliTik will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent or authorization. However, with your confirmed consent, FliTik may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Shared to FliTik Flip Clock's affiliates: Your personal information may be shared with FliTik Flip Clock's affiliates within the scope of the purposes of use stated in this policy, and we will only share as much information as is necessary. FliTik has no control over the privacy and personal information protection policies of third parties, and such third parties are not bound by this Policy. Please ensure that you read and acknowledge the privacy policies of such third parties before you submit personal information to them.

8.1 SDKs used within the Android application

9. How FliTik will handle personal information of minors

We encourage parents or guardians to read this policy and instruct minors under the age of eighteen to use our services, and recommend that minors seek parental or guardian consent and guidance before submitting personal information. If you are at least fourteen years of age and confirm that you fully understand this Policy in its entirety and that the actions you take to use the FliTik Service are appropriate to your age and intelligence, you may do so independently (including submitting your personal information to us).

Minors under the age of fourteen may not create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians.
